Completed in late 2003, this 19,500 GSF project anchors a new downtown roadway and trail system near Orlando. The building contains a tournament basketball court, indoor rock-climbing walls, fitness center, meeting rooms, offices and locker rooms for indoor sports as well as a children's water park and Olympic-size swimming pool.
